A fun and jam-packed class for beginners! Learn all my secret top tips to decorating cakes professionally.

In one session learn how to:

  • Make white ganache

  • Carve and fill cakes

  • Apply a perfect ganache crumbcoat

  • Cover a tall barrel cake with sharp fondant corners

  • Create a marble effect in our fondant

  • Cover a round drum and apply ribbon

  • Add edible fondant decorations

  • Package tall cakes

Class taking place at my new studio at Make.North Docks, Regent Road, Liverpool L3 7BN.

Class is £149 per person and you take your decorated cake home with you.  All equipment and edible resources supplied.​
