Learn how to make my 'White Chocolate Ganache Recipe' and my quick technique to create a SMOOTH crumbcoat finish with smooth sides and sharp corners.

WHY USE GANACHE?

.

Ganache is made of chocolate and fresh cream and creates a more stable crumbcoat during the summer months compared to buttercream, which can melt very quickly when displayed in the heat

.

Ganache cakes are also far easier to cover with rolled fondant/sugarpaste (this will be a future class!).

.

Using a sharp edge cake scraper and turntable, you will be shown lots of top tips on how to perfect the finish of your cake.

.

Also learn how to pipe large swirls with ganache and apply a Chocolate Drip with matching chocolate bars.

.

The design and techniques you will practise on the day can be adapted and recreated for so many different themes for all ages.

.

This class will provide lots of practical tips so that you can practise and recreate ganache cakes at home.

.

All resources and cake supplied for class and you take home your cake boxed for transport.

.

You will work on a 5inch Vanilla Cake (stacked 4inches high).

.
