Hi! I'm Gill from The Secret Cake Kitchen, Liverpool and I've been running my Cake School in Liverpool for 12 years, teaching hundreds of beginners how to bake and decorate - sharing my obsession of all things cake!

Featured on two BBC TV programmes - Horizon and Be Your Own Boss, I have taught across Merseyside at venues including:

 

Liverpool Food Festival,

Knowsley Chamber of Commerce,

Primary Schools for teacher training days

Entrprise Days for Primary Schools

Adult classes at local Children's Centres.

I've also made cupcakes for Little Mix, The Vamps and Robbie Williams!

My background is in developing training programmes and I spent a major part of my career working for Sefton MBC producing training packages for creative after school activities for Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.

Baking and Cake Decorating is my passion AND my therapy and I love to share my top tips in class! 

 

I enjoy developing and teaching practical classes so you can continue to practice at home and see your confidence develop.
