This is a showstopper of a cake and I will teach you how to crumbcoat and make chocolate ganache (the quick and easy way). How to stack and dowel a 4 and 6 inch cake securely, decorate and pipe chocolate buttercream roses and make beautiful chocolate 3D roses of your colour choice!
