The Xmas Cookie Baking & Decorating Class

Absolutely everything provided and set up for you on arrival (and I'll do the dishes - what could be better!).

This is a special opportunity to learn a creative skill together with all of the organisation and clear up done for you.

• This is a small class where you will use stand mixers and fresh ingredients to create a tasty shortbread cookie dough (vegan/vegetarian catered for). Get in touch with Gill to discuss gluten free options.

• Using Xmas cookie cutters, you'll learn how to prep your cookie batter to ensure they keep their shape then bake!

  
  

• They'll bake for approx. ten minutes and whilst cooling you will learn how to decorate (and sample your bakes...)
