Learn how to use Belgian Modelling Chocolate to create an amazing bespoke Wrap Cake! If you have never used modelling chocolate before this is the perfect class for you - it's such an easy medium to use surprisingly. You will watch a demo on how to make my quick ganache recipe and how to create easy sharp crumbcoated edges.
Other professional skills include how to dowel and stack tiered cakes securely, how to attach the chocolate wrap, make super simple chocolate roses, fans and edible Xmas decorations! Plus my unique way of adding an edible metallic effect.
This class is not to be missed.
What do you need to bring: 1 x 4 inch and 1 x 6 inch ganached chocolate cake or cake dummies. If you want the cakes providing they can be ordered for an additional cost.
All tools and modelling chocolate provided.
