A fun and jam-packed day for beginners! Learn all my secret top tips to baking the perfect sponge and how to decorate professionally.
Come and learn the techniques to achieve sharp corners. During this class we will be concentrating solely on a perfect ganache 5 inch sharp edge cake then covering in sugarpaste. I will show you the tools and techniques you can use to help create sharp corners plus an amazing way to create marble effect.
We will then adorn a cake with a beautiful silk peony for you to take home.
