Big Cake Basics & Sharp Corners Cake Class

 

The 'secret' to a perfectly professional looking cake is learning how to take care of the basics.

  • A fun and jam-packed day for beginners! Learn all my secret top tips to baking the perfect sponge and how to decorate professionally.
     

  • Come and learn the techniques to achieve sharp corners. During this class we will be concentrating solely on a perfect ganache 5 inch sharp edge cake then covering in sugarpaste. I will show you the tools and techniques you can use to help create sharp corners plus an amazing way to create marble effect.

    We will then adorn a cake with a beautiful silk peony for you to take home.
