This is a great class if you're wanting to learn a simple and impressive way to make your own Children's Birthday Cakes.

During this session you will learn how to bake shaped number and letter cakes,

- tips to keep the sponge fresh, recipe and how to carve and fill with tasty jams and flavoured buttercream.

- watch step by step demonstrations on how to make smooth coloured buttercream and how to pipe beautiful buttercream swirls using a selection of piping tips.

- make pretty sugarcraft rainbows and decorations using rolled fondant sugarpaste.
.
- and make mini chocolate bars to complete.

This class is great for absolute beginners and a lovely introduction to the world of cake decorating!
