Cake Orders

On receipt of your full payment and signing of the Pick Up form we deem that you have 'Accepted' these terms and conditions.:

1. The Cake is as per your original order and you confirm you are happy with it.

​

2. LOOKING AFTER YOUR CAKE

 

To ensure your cake is enjoyed at it's best, please observe the following guide lines:

The customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the cake is released from the care and custody of the Supplier. The Supplier is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter if they find that the proper travel, care, and storage instructions have not been carried out by the customer.

If a third party will be collecting the cake on the customer’s behalf, this party will be given all appropriate information that would have been given to the customer. Same conditions apply as if customer were to collect themselves.”

 

Once cakes are collected , they are transported at your own risk and no liability can be accepted by TSCK for any subsequent damage to cake(s).

 

When collecting and transporting cake(s), please ensure you have prepared a secure area big enough to accommodate a box up to 20" square.

 

All cake(s) should be eaten within 3 days of collection or delivery.

 

Cake(s) should be stored in the box it is supplied in, in a cool dry place off the floor and away from strong odours. Do not store in fridge.

 

When cutting cake(s), please remove all decorations,  either edible or non-edible i.e. jewels. Although most decorations are bespoke and edible they may contain dowelling or florist wire.

3. Outside Events:

Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat. We are not liable for a cake once it has been delivered or picked up.

​​

4. Cake Location:

​

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the venue supply a suitable table and location for the cake to be displayed. Once again, we are not liable for the cake once delivered or picked up.
